1. How to register on the TravelVIP platform?

Click the "Register" button. The button is located on the main page of the site https://travelvip.vip

- Fill the form;

- Confirm your agreement with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy (check the box to the left of the button "I have read and accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy") and click the "Register" button;

- You will then receive an email at the email address you provided during registration. Click on the link to activate your subscription. You can then connect to the site and continue filling out your profile or start searching the site.

2. How to choose a tour?

- Enter the name of the tour, you will be redirected to the page with offers from our partner companies, where you can purchase the tour you are interested in in accordance with the Terms of each travel agency;

- If you purchase a tour directly through our company from those available, then use our online service "search and book tours online", you can choose and book tours yourself. To do this, use the search form on the main page of the site.

4. How to order a service through a manager?

You can order a call from the site, call or write to our personal account manager: manager@travelvip.vip. Our experienced managers will help you choose the right option according to your preferences and book the service by phone. All documents will be sent by email. You can pick it up by mail or at our office.

5. Payment for services

Payment for the ordered services is made only to the settlement or cash account of Eugenius Brand LLC (hereinafter, Fantasis Corporation). We accept the following payment methods:

Bank card

Payments from sites with account numbers (main page, banner under the news) are free.

We accept electronic bank cards Visa and MasterCard, Visa Electron and Mastercard

Payment by receipt in any bank (bank commission).

If you are paying by bank receipt, a confirmation document must be sent to your email.

You can cancel the order, change the details of the order at any time. All changes and cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds in case of cancellation will be made upon receipt of the return request form from the customer. A set of documents is issued after the order:

Checks and cash receipts when paying at the checkout

6. How to get documents?

All necessary documents can be obtained by e-mail or at the office.

When ordering separately through the website, documents are created in your personal account.

Documents required for registration:

- Child's passport, birth certificate (original)

- Coupon (valid after payment of the full cost of the tour). Coupon must be printed and presented upon arrival at the hotel. Note: Printing on coupons is optional.

When traveling with children, you will need the following documents:

For children under 14 - birth certificate, note the nationality of the child. For children over 14 years old - a passport (regular or foreign) and a birth certificate with a mark of citizenship.

If children travel without parents, a notarized permission from parents is required for the child's right to leave the country (when crossing the border with Abkhazia).
